Sea-lion patients are named to be easily identified by our team during rehabilitation. Every patient has an accession number, however names help us in many different ways as every sea-lion has its own diagnose, stranding cause, treatment; and, most importantly, its very own personality, likes, dislikes and treats that make that particular sea-lion unique!

A name can be a way to remember an a loved one. It can also be after a place, an event or some memory. A name is what makes an individual special, and our sea-lion patients certainly are!

HOW DOES IT WORK? After doing the donation of $250 dollars or more, please send us an email to: inforca@orca.org.pe confirming your deposit and your favorite name for our next sea-lion in rehabilitation! We will respond you with an Official Name a Sea-lion Certificate, and once the sea-lion is named, an Special Photograph will be sent you as well as updates on how the rehabilitaiton is going until it is released back in the ocean!
